Captain D's DCI trip fundraiser On Monday, July 27th, as part of band camp, the Big Red Band will attend a Drum Corps International (DCI) competitions in Charleston. "Drums Across The Tri State" is an amazing performance of 6 to 10 semi professional show bands. The boosters organization has put together a fundraiser to help cover the costs of the tickets and bus transportation. We anticipate the cost per student to be $25. To this end, we are offering Captain D's coupon books for sale. Each booklet sells for $5, and contains $35 worth of coupons. Each student who sells 5 booklets will have their trip paid for, including transportation. If you do not sell coupon booklets, we must ask for the parents to cover at least the price of the ticket, which is anticipated to be $17. Parents who wish to attend may request to sell coupon booklets, to help cover their ticket costs. Please contact the booster treasurer for further information. The booster organization is making every effort to ensure that all students may make this trip with little or no money required from the family. Thanks so much for your cooperation. |
